Subscription Service - Weekly/Monthly

It's easy! All you have to do is select the geographical region (zip codes and/or counties) that you want to market to, and Homeowner Data Services, Inc. will supply the new homeowner data to you in a format that suits your needs. Formats include:

• Computer print-out
• Peel and stick mailing labels
• Diskette (.xls, .dbf, & text delimited)
• Email
• Fax

*This subscription service is a month-to-month agreement. Cancellations must be received by email or fax by the 25th of the month.

Back Names Service

This service allows you to market to homeowners by length of residence. For example, you can select a fixed quantity of names and receive the data in a format that suits your needs. Formats include:

• Computer print-out
• Peel and stick mailing labels
• Diskette (.xls, .dbf, & text delimited)
• Email
• Fax

Available Data

Our services can include the following data:

• Name and address
• Mortgage amount
• Lender name
• Phone number (if available)
• New home or resale
• Subdivision (if available and applicable)
• Estimated income
